Kamil founded Limak Investments in 2003 after flipping his first small property purchase in the North Edmonton. With a concentration on commercial real estate investments in the Downtown area, Kamil has successfully revitalized vacant buildings into fully leased attractive retail/commercial spaces. All of the properties under the Limak Investments portfolio are self managed by Kamil and his team, providing stellar service and maintenance for all tenants.

With over 18 years of experience in the real estate industry, Kamil has purchased and maintained properties across Western Canada, namely in Canmore, Edmonton and Vancouver. And continues to grow and expand with ongoing new ideas.
